it’s an effect i found on the app ‘prequel’. i don’t really know what it’s called anymore but if you look around some of their digital, screen-like effects you should be able to find it.
also my phone broke i while ago which is why i’ve been gone for so long. there’s no way im making picsart edits on a laptop too like 😆

how do you find stuff for edits? like the overlays and stickers /gen ? ♡
i use PicsArt. I either type vague things like ‘pink text’, 'softcore’, 'draincore’, … or specific things like 'flowers’, 'hearts’, …
i think my picsart saved stickers are public. You can just get them from there too.
